Founder's Message

Growing up in Cambodia, I was immersed in a culture of entrepreneurship—my family always nudged me toward carving out my own path. Dreaming big was in my DNA, and when the chance to move to Switzerland emerged, it felt like a bold leap into a thrilling unknown—a leap I was destined to take.

As a young mother of two, my dreams evolved to include my boys, who are now the heartbeat of my ambitions. Embracing this new chapter, I relocated to Switzerland, where I immersed myself in the vibrant world of the catering industry. These experiences have not only honed my skills but have reignited my entrepreneurial spirit.

Today marks an exhilarating juncture: I am launching my own restaurant here in Switzerland, a venture that feels like the culmination of all my lifelong aspirations. This venture isn’t just a business; it’s a vibrant celebration of my journey. While forging ahead, I remain deeply connected to my roots. With support from ‘there-for-you,’ a charity close to my heart, I’ve spearheaded initiatives back home to empower children and young mothers in Cambodia.

As I embark on this thrilling venture, I am not just pursuing a dream—I am stepping into my destiny, ready to infuse every dish with a story and every service with a smile. This isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a piece of my story, shared with you.

Meet our chef

I have always been in touch with food since I was just a kid.

In Italy, where I am from, it is not unusual to still make pasta or traditional recipes at home and I have held these memories dear to me every time since.

But then everything really changed when I moved to London, there I understood the variety of flavors and combinations from all around the globe and what cooking really means to me.

Under the guidance of the best chefs in the city I perfected my skills and learned new ones, developing a very clear idea of the type of cuisine I wanted my guest to experience when I would run my own kitchen.

In fact, for me cooking is about daring, exploring, traveling different countries and cultures just with a mouthful.

When I moved to Zurich in 2019, I started, more and more, working with Japanese ingredients and techniques alongside Michelin starred chefs so when the opportunity arose, I was ready to lead a small group of professionals who serve the best expression of fusion cuisine.
